Shipping policy

Your product will be shipped LTL (Less Than Truckload). Freight quotes provided prior to shipment are estimates only and subject to change; actual freight charges may be reflected on the Customer’s final invoice. To avoid incurring additional costs, please make sure all shipping information is accurate, including address type and lift gate needs. PVpallet will ship Product “best” way,” meaning that PVpallet will use its sole discretion to select a shipping carrier, option, schedule, and cost. 

Products will be packed, if appropriate, for shipment and storage in accordance with standard commercial practices. All packing will conform to requirements of carrier’s tariffs. PVpallet’s weights taken at shipping point will govern.

Delivery
Any time quoted for delivery is an estimate only. PVpallet is not liable for or in respect of any loss or damage arising from any delay in filling any order, failure to deliver, or delay in delivery. No delay in the shipment or delivery of any Product relieves Customer of its obligations including accepting delivery of any remaining installment or other orders of Products.

Title Transfer 
Title transfer occurs at time of delivery to named location in accordance with the most recent Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) for domestic orders and INCOTERMS 2020 for International orders as outlined in section 13.A and 13.B, respectively. If the method of shipping is different than the method set forth in 13.A or 13.B, title and all risk of loss will pass to Customer upon pickup (Section 13.C)
