Refund policy
At PVpallet, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you receive a product that is damaged, or you are dissatisfied with a product you receive, we'd like to make it right. Please see the policies below for next steps.
Accepting delivery & reporting damage
- Before accepting delivery, the recipient should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage.
- Any damage, discrepancies, or defects must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Recipient should not sign for the damaged items and should notify PVpallet immediately at (877) 787-2553 or email support@pvpallet.com.
- In the event that you sign for the goods, please be sure to mark the shippers paperwork that the products are damaged.
- When reporting damage, provide a detailed description of the damage, including photographs and relevant details of the damaged products. PVpallet may investigate the cause of the damage and may require your cooperation to facilitate this investigation.
- Photos of the damage are very helpful. If possible, please take photos of the damaged items and e-mail them to PVpallet at shop@pvpallet.com.
- Damage claims will be handled under the guidelines of the appropriate carrier. PVpallet will facilitate the quick resolution of claims to the best of our abilities within these guidelines.
Dissatisfaction with product (No damage):
If you wish to return the product, the following must apply:
- You (the buyer) must contact PVpallet within 14 calendar days from the date the merchandise was received. Products returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the product price.
- The buyer must contact PVpallet for a return material authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. To request a return, email support@pvpallet.com.
- The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges to PVpallet.
- All returns must be in like-new condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse.
- Once PVpallet has received and inspected the returned merchandise, a credit will be made to the original payment method. An email notification will be generated once the credit has been issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or special orders. We also do not accept returns if the product has been used for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at finance@pvpallet.com.
Proper use
Please adhere to the user guides and safety guidelines for your product. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in serious injury or death. Damage to goods transported in the product is also likely if guidelines are not followed. User safety is our highest priority. Our products are designed to provide exceptional performance and reliability. However, workers must exercise caution and discontinue using our products if any signs of damage or defects are present. Using a damaged product can pose serious risks, including potential injury or harm. Inspect each unit carefully before use and discontinue using the product immediately if you observe any of the following: 1) Cracks, dents, or visible structural damage. 2) Malfunctioning or warped components or parts. 3) Loose brace arms or walls. 4) Faded or illegible safety labels and instructions (when applicable).
If you encounter any issues or uncertainties regarding the product's condition, contact us immediately. Using a damaged product can lead to unforeseen consequences. By adhering to this warning, you help ensure the longevity of the product and safeguard your workforce.
Limited warranty; exclusive remedy
PVpallet warrants to Customer that, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, each Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and shall be manufactured in accordance with the industry standards generally applicable to such Product. If a Product does not comply with the foregoing limited warranty, and a claim is made by Customer within the applicable warranty period, PVpallet will, at the option of PVpallet, either repair or replace any and all defective Products free of charge or grant to Customer a credit in an amount equal to the purchase price of the applicable Products. The remedy of repair, replacement, or credit is the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty. At PVpallet’s request, Customer shall return to PVpallet any Products for which a warranty claim has been made, F.O.B. PVpallet’s facility with freight prepaid. PVpallet will credit Customer’s account for such freight cost upon verification by PVpallet that the Products are defective. The foregoing limited warranty shall not apply to defective Products that have been subject to misuse, abuse, alteration, modification or improper repair. To the extent any products manufactured by a third party (“Third-Party Product”) may be contained in, incorporated in, attached to or packaged together with any Products, such Third-Party Products are not covered by the warranty and are provided “as-is”. For the avoidance of doubt, PVpallet MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (c) WARRANTY OF TITLE; OR (d) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY. PVpallet shall not be liable for a breach of the warranties set forth in in this document unless: (i) Customer gives PVpallet written notice of the defective Products, reasonably described, within ten (10) days of the time when Customer discovers or ought to have discovered the defect; (ii) PVpallet is given a reasonable opportunity after receiving the notice of breach of the warranty set forth in this document to examine such Products and Customer (if requested to do so by PVpallet) returns any such Products to PVpallet’s place of business at PVpallet’s cost for the examination to take place there; and (iii) PVpallet reasonably verifies Customer’s claim that the Products are defective. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT SHALL BE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND PVpallet’s ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT.
